Very imcompetent doctors. My mother was admitted there on 1 August 2021.Her name was Kiran Singh .She was vomating and not feelinng well. She was 60 years old house wife and she understood i am not feeling well i should go hospital. At midnight she arrange conveynce to reach hospital by own (she was alone her village). She reached hospital between 4:30 to 5 am.She had symtoms of heart attack but doctor told us nothing to worry. After 2 hrs. Dr. Lajpat Roy came and told she is no more, mujhe bhi patanahi chala ki kya ho gaya. As she was already having symptom of heart attack, doctor should have taken the preventive step. Which sadly they havenot taken. It is pathetic hospital as well as pathetic doctors.
Sorry to say but we had a very bad experience with this hospital. It doesn't deserve even 1 rating. Nothing is good with this hospital. If they know the patient is under mediclaim they will charge anything keeping patients in ICU without any proper reason. They don't have qualified doctors to understand CT scan report. It was shocking for us. Doctors come late in the afternoon for the checkup instead of morning visit. If they discharge the Patient after doctor visit they charge for one entire day. We never recommend Prashant hospital to anyone. Thanks If anyone wants to speak to me I would be happy to give our feedback. But just a small request. Don't open hospital just to make money as it's not a business. Think about the Patient and their family who spend everything for the treatment and if they don't get that even after losing their money then what will be their situation.
Just a week back, admitted my father undergoing heart attack in emergency. Immediately, diagnosis was started with ECG & Echocardiography and ACS was confirmed. The cardiologist, Dr Purshottam carried out Angiography and thereafter Angioplasty was done urgently maintaining on temporary Pacemaker. Angioplasty for other blockage was scheduled after stabilization and recovery in ICU. It was done after three days. The excellent professionalism displayed by the Cardiologist along with the Cath Lab staff and the nursing assistants of ICU was really commendable. The whole team has ensured that the best care was provided in the most professional way alongwith the Admin dept. Lastly, the personal involvement of the owner, Cdr Shashank Shekhar (Retd.) in ensuring smooth working of the hospital esp. state of the art Cath Lab in the small town of Muzaffarpur is really admirable. Really thankful for the prompt and urgent life-saving health care provided to my father.
