One of the most third class hospital where they charge more money and provide substandard treatment. For Covid they will kill patients literally. If people don't find beds anywhere else then better to keep patients at home rather than admitting to Mercy. They show no mercy to the patients. Bad behaviour, no system for anything total worthless hospital.
Worst experience ever. They don't allow the patient to talk to the family neither do they give the family any information regarding the patient. The family remains in complete darkness about the patient. Very poor management. They take 3 hours to prepare bill for a patient staying for 7 days in the hospital. The hospital doesn't attend any calls from the patient family and if they by chance pick up also they pick up the receiver and keep it as it is. Very ill behaviour of the hospital staff. They treat the patient family like cats and dogs. Too much dissatisfied with the hospital facility.
Myself rupatan mondal admitted on 16/06/21 with symptoms of maleria. I am very satisfied with this service. Today I got discharge.
