Had my wife's delivery here from the 1st antenatal check-up to post delivery and I must say they have a professional staff with proper care, room facilities with provision for all the amenities and a superb team of consultants. I am very satisfied with their services and would love to recommend to others residing in Kullu
Very disappointed. The doctors and staff here has no sense of emergency cases for tourists. The scan centre closes long before evening. Even in the mornings, it takes forever for scans because there is literally one scanning staff that takes scans at a record slow pace and also, keeps alternating between ultrasounds and ECGs. gotta be prepared to wait forever. I went for emergency and was already fasting for 12hrs straight, with full bladder for 3hrs and they were not even sure when my turn would come. I was far from my hotel already and they kept asking me to come back again after all the trouble. Positive news is they give you refund in record time while not claiming any responsibility whatsoever, for the inconvenience caused and time wasted. I have never seen a worse hospital than this in terms of effectiveness of admin staff or the actual skill of the technicians. Just plain frustration. Better try other good hospitals in the area if you a tourist. I never post negative reviews but this one needed to be given so it could help another tourist preserve their time.
I have visited Kullu Valley Hospital several times for myself and for my family . Overall the experience is very good and staffs and doctors are supportive and deliver the accurate information that I needed and was very helpfull.
Over all satisfying experience. Happy with the services.
