On 3rd January 4.00 am 2022, my mother aged 89 years had severe breathing problem, I rushed to the CARE hospital in Vizag, emergency staff immediately admitted her and started the procedures to save her life. Critical emergency doctor and the staff were able to restore her by emergency treatment. Next they moved her to ICU after 24 hours to the room and stayed for 6 days. What I liked the best is the administration. The attention and care of the nurses and allied staff. The housekeeping staff and cleanliness of the room and toilets. The billing process was smooth. On the whole a good experience.
Doctors are really good and the total hospital ambience looks that they really care. No need to go outside for breakfast,Lunch and Dinner as the Care Hospital itself is equipped with a very delicious kitchen and cafteria with fully higienic portion. I would give 5 stars if the assistants of doctors are in perfect standard. The hospital management have to look very deep about their Lazy mannerisms.
My brother was feeling dizzy after a long day at beach, we took him to emergency ward at care hospital. We got in touch with duty doctor quickly and they were thorough with the investigations. The registration and billing process could be faster. Had to wait 15 mins at the pharmacy as it did not have the drugs needed. Lab results took quiet sometime too(45 mins).
Dr. Ravi Shankar and team is incredible and has given wonderful treatment to my dad. transplant coordinator-sai has done great job. Believe me, we have visited multiple hospitals and LT team in CARE hospital were awesome in taking care of patient (smooth preparation, surgery and follow-up).
Good Care at Care Hospital like their name. Happy for all the medical services starting from emergency services to Discharge from hospital. Thanks to Dr Meghanath and his Asst Doctor Ramu for the comfort provided to my father during the entire stay and treatment
