Very worst in billing section where cashier's think they own the hospital and they do not priorities who stand in queue long time. They allow other people to enquiry who get inside the billing section from back side, they will not know how to talk with patients. They command to people and very slow in generating bills and keep the file kon time without sending it to particular departments. They made me to carry the file instead of pion, where the doctor waiting for file more than half n hour they kept the file without sending it Other than billing section everything is good... I would like to inform people who in-charge here kindly takes care of billing section
Just a matter of concern. I went to this hospital for RTPCR test to travel abroad. Here they test people coming with symptoms and people coming for travel propose together. It should be seperated. I don't have any symptoms I just want negative report for travel don't make me wait with people having symptoms. Can't blame the front line workers. I said the sister same thing, she told me we only have limited workers. Hope management take a note of it.
Doctors are very polite, but nurses don't know how to behave with the patients. Very rude. Training on behavioral issues much needed for nurses.
I have taken my second shot of covishield on 04/09/2021 and I was very happy with the overall experience. It was very well organized. As soon as I got there I was given with a token and asked to wait in another room where chairs were kept at least 1 meter away from each other. Proper ventilation has been provided and cleanliness was also maintained. Once my number was called nurse sanitized her hands well , showed me the vial and asked me to confirm if it’s covishield. After my shot I was asked to go to another room where there was a doctor who was taking down everybody’s in and out time. He made sure to keep tab on all and as soon as 30 minutes done he used to call out the names who can leave. I have even provided with a tablet of Dolo 650. Overall it was very well organized drive.
