Dr. Mamtha is one of the most caring doctors I have had the pleasure of having. His staff is no different and will go the length to make sure all is well. She does not rush you in and out, expect a wait because she takes time with his patients and actually listens. The delivery package is bit high but we can feel it worthy. The hygiene is maintained and good facilities are provided.
Firstly, I would suggest the Hospital management to train your on duty doctors to speak calmly.. Very important! As a doctor, it's important they remain calm and address the patient's emergency. You may see a flurry of patients and it is not uncommon to experience the mundane and OPD cases leading to monotony.. But as doctors, it's their duty to condition themselves mentally to be prepared for such situations, to be able to handle patients' trauma and emergency cases delicately. Patients are usually in shock and trauma when they show up at a hospital during emergencies, accidents and you cannot expect them not be worried. As a doctor, their job is to remain calm, listen patiently, educate patients and their immediate/responsible family members with the right facts patiently. Doctors cannot talk at the top of their lungs in the very presence of patients and cause more shock and anxiety in patients. Their job is to heal them and do everything necessary in the capacity as a human first.. I believe some of this is basically lacking in the hospital and I don't know if this is the fate of all other hospitals. It was surprising to see Nurses, doctors in the basement squabble, shout in the very presence of patients..!! This definitely needs an introspection at Sidvin. Lastly, the charges are exorbitant!

Services provided by Sidvin administration during our stay for my eldest brother's treatment was very much satisfied. Dr Vijayakumar was very humane and his experience were very laudable. Staff including security were very much satisfied.
My sister was admitted in this 3rd rated hospital in West of chord road, they treated her worst then Government hospital... They won't even give a goun for pregnancy ladies, they said we have only 20 so get your own or wear your own nighty, as my sister had C-section she couldn't turn by herself, so she requested them for help but nurse shouted saying others also had C-section so manage by urself.. they used patients personal napkin to clean bed and table while my sister was sleeping and we caught them in red hand but there attitude towards that was so irresponsible... I won't even like to give 1star but there is no option and we took over all package but later they started Charing extra saying it's not included in the package, they charged us more than 50% of our package we took. Guys when we are spending so much why we should pick such cheap hospital, I seriously suggest you never give a try on this cheap and cheater hospital.... It was like a nightmare to us and worst experience... So plan wise and bring your little angles in good ambiance good atmosphere surrounded and treated well by good people...
