Nice, clean and well managed hospital. Very difficult to get appointment of specialist doctors. But in OPD one get appointment easily without any hassle. Staff start the day with morning prayers.
The Hospital looks clean.. Quit good facilities available. Bt the behaviour of some of the staffs and workers are very rude specially the security gaurds and nurse doesn't have any hospitality. Doctors behave well.
I just want to sharing my experience about the hospital workers.... On date of 116th my wife she discharge from hospital. But we are totally not happy there service. Last 5yeara back they providing a great service to the all patients, they have good experience stuff, especially behaviour, helping, serving to the patient. Now it's totally different I'm not happy becz we are suffering lots of problem when we are admitted. 1) security guard behaviour specially lady guard they don't know how to behave, they always busy with using phone, group discussion with high volume on night time, dancing, and rudely talking with everyone. 2) On maternity ward who over there ( NURSE) on duty plz gv them good training ,I don't think so they are fully trained, if I asking any reports they will say only one word.... I don't no. And they are behavior look like a rowdy. Always angry for what reason I didn't understand. First of all they don't know how to treat with a mother and new born baby. Always on night duty time they are busy to watching YouTube, playing video games. But they are forgot to duty, my baby was crying two days on night time but they didn't come for help. When my wife calling one of the nurse and she said wait for sometime... What she is doing you know... Sleeping.... Night shift who ever come they are coming for only sleeping. I was there for 11 days and whoever I meet there maternity patient all 90% are not happy becz of "NURSE"behaviour . At last I just want to request to hospital supritendent ( MR. R. K. MAHANTA Sir) please take some action on this and give good training to them how to behave with a mother and new born baby. And future I'm not recommend any of my family members to the hospital for any check -up. My rating is for doctors =4/5 For NURSE =1/5( POOR) Specially I appreciate to Dr. Phukan sir for his behavior to the patient.

Doctors and hospital staffs are very friendly nature and also the hospital is very well sanitized
