Very friendly staff! From the security to the Doctors all are helpful and kind. I've been visiting since 2018 for my mother's check up and I've had a very pleasant experience here. The hospital is not money minded but seeks to serve all people with various need. The environment is very sterile and hygienic. The place also has a canteen, ample parking space and all the restrooms are well painted we.
What makes something great ? A hospital is just a steel and concrete building; and I have been to the most sophisticated and modern ones; what sets Baptist Hospital apart, is its deep culture of emphasis of cure and inclusiveness over anything else. Every human should get the same care, the same chance, the same smile, though he be rich or poor. This means, this hospital is always crowded; you will see all cross-sections of the society; this means that the doctors who serve here are by and large driven by the passion to cure and heal than money; and that by its very nature makes it one of the best in the world. For you can buy a lot with money, but you are but humbled and on your knees, and in awe to see men and women, work with a passion and purpose to cure, to heal, to mend. Thank you Baptist Hospital for everything so far and I can live in peace, knowing whatever fate brings, at least a helping hand is near.
Visiting Baptist since 4 months, it has been a smooth journey since then. The hospitality and the services provided here are commendable. The doctors , nurses and all the other staff is very cooperative, friendly and supportive. Consulting the same hospital for my baby as well. We met doctor Dominic at age well clinic for the treatment of my mother in law. He is a gem person who will give you proper time explaining about the problem and how you can cure it. He takes his time to interact with you and understand what you are going through. He will make you feel comfortable and you will never regret meeting him. He is good in treating his patients. And the staff treats you so well. Highly recommend
