Excellent service. Not a new customer I am so compared to earlier experiences I can say that the management has very well taken care of minute details to make the lives of patients much easy. Surprised to see the insurance settlement and discharge process which happened super fast in a span of mere 3 hrs and that too on a Sunday of a curfew week. Nurses are very serious and proactive of their work be it the day shift or night shift team. Overall very happy with the care SPECIALIST have given us.
My partner went to specialist hospital for a circumcision and from the get go, the service was excellent. Dr. Nityanand from urology is professional, efficient and reassuring. The nurses are warm, proficient and immediately available for any support. The space is clean and well-maintained. Happily, the food is healthy and tasty, and offered regularly. Friendly and caring staffs. The doctors were very knowledgeable and gave us quick attention during an emergency. Doctors were straightforward with their treatments. To be honest with my experience, The hospital is a average looking hospital but they treat their patients with care and they don't see patients as money. The specialist hospital is the best hospital I have ever see. This hospital is not money minded.
Dr Adarsh is cool. Let's just start by saying that you don't feel like a patient once you talk to her. The precision of her diagnosis the cocktail of her medicines and the absolute confidence she installs in you that you will get cured is just incredible. Me, my friends and family have become an absolute fan of her. In our friend circle she is known as the Iron man of medicine. Great doctors and great service. During the course of my treatment for cluster headaches, I had met multiple doctors but never found such effective expertise from anywhere else. Doctors are so knowledgeable and efficient here and other medical staff were thoroughly professional and courteous. The line of treatment and medications prescribed were explained to me beforehand.
