Center of COVID vaccine (Om Nagar UPHC 1). Even though slots start at 9am, doesn't open up before 10am. There's hardly any rush in the morning hours, so no point in going early to queue up. They were taking candidates only for 1st dose with slot confirmation.

covid vaccination center.. No need to go early in the morning, it gets very crowded. Carry drinking water with you. You have to stand in the sun and dust. No rules and regulations.
