One of the older hospitals in Kohima town. It is located in the heart of Kohima town and at a strategic location accessible from all parts of the town. A better parking location for the patients and employees would be a plus point for the hospital and would go a long way in solving the traffic congestion in this part of the town. The hospital has been shifted to the new building where modern amenities including elevator and ICU are provided.
This hospital doesn't deserve even one star. It might go down as the worst hospital in Nagaland in terms of customer services. The staffs needs to go for an intense crash course on soft skills and communication skills. The doctors may be good but the staffs are very rude and the billing and charges is not for the common people. Let me share the rating according to different parameters. 1. The Care Process-2 2.Communication- 1 3. Follow-up care-0 4.The hospital staff-0 5.Empathy, engagement and hospitality-0 6. Doctor's expertise-9 The staffs in the reception were horribly rude. I told them directly "If you talk with people in this way, one day no one will visit this hospital. Learn to talk properly with people". This will be the last time I will ever visit this hospital or allow any of my family members or relatives to do so.
The Worst hospital in Kohima. Haven't come across any friendly and helpful staff. So disheartening to see their attitudes and rude behaviour.
This only a hospital in main city of kohima which located in the center of the kohima city but this is too expensive hospital and midrarate quality of treatment provided here
One of the worst hospital in Nagaland, staff nurses are too rude they don't deserve to be a nurse specially night stuff. Better not to visit.
