The procedures for Vaccination is straightforward and easy. First, you have to fill a patient form. Second, pay the bill. Third, go to the vaccination counter to verify your identity & collect the token. Fourth, wait & go to the vaccination room to get vaccinated. The behaviour of everyone is good & professional. Only one feedback: I got vaccinated from room no. 28 on ground floor. The room no. is given on a nameplate placed on each door for the respective rooms. And the no. is typed in such a color that it looks camouflaged & can't quite visible from a distance. If the numberplates of respective rooms are placed above each doors, with bigger fonts & contrast colour, then it would be more visible from far. Although there are helpful staffs roaming around to help the patients as usual.
Even after earning millions a day. You guys still want to charge ₹50 for doctors mask/gloves from each patient? Cant you even afford to provide mask and gloves to your doctors? Shame on the organisation to take advantage of the pandemic. Money oriented rather than service oriented. After my personal experience and looking how they grab money from patients, i feel every other person who gave them a 5 star review was paid for that
In 2007 when I had met with an accident I was taken to Columbia Asia hospital and I must say the treatment was so effective that I was able to walk and recovered within a month. Thank you. I just wish that emergency patients be given treatment as early as possible and save the lives be it rich or poor. Life of an individual is important than any money!
Very well maintained hospital. I was impressed by the meticulousness with which social distancing was being followed, as also the wearing of masks. Very courteous billing and support staff. I was also very comfortable talking to the doctor and left feeling very satisfied.
We are very much happy with services. Mr.Prasanna one who handles admission he made our admission process very smooth. I really appreciate his concern towards patients. I highly recommend this hospital.
