Costly , money minded hospital , rude behavior by attendants staff , egoistic and communication gap … our family member had a urinal track surgery , then after 1 month later they again did surgery just to tell that something was having infection inside because of some cancer treatment done 4-5 years back , they were not able to cover this observation / symptom before in first time and to cover for this they did another surgery … also i already gave urine sample having blood 7 days back which they did not gave us and directly transfer to doctor … so at least they would have observed this issue at least 7 days back … but no response … on worst of it , sisters working are rude and don't even talk properly , nobody except doctors have information and sisters or attendants just keep on telling you that doctor have all the information and they don't have that information which we are seeking , when we go to meet the doctor … he is mostly not available … ( not all sisters were bad , just few bad apples we were facing ) they just keep on asking us advance money to deposit even when the doctor has not advised on the surgery or treatment i paid 22000 on admission itself in night when our patient was admitted with urine problem having blood in urine , so you wonder where does this advance money factor comes from ??? ALSO THEY MAKE SURE YOU TO OBSERVE 1 EXTRA UNNECESSARY DAY JUST TO INCEREASE THE COST … they didn't have one medical mask available to wear for one of us during discharge of patient also … money minded thinking , you can get better treatment along with more humane treatment elsewhere IN JALANDHAR Humble request to hospital … to improve the overall communication process and have some humane treatment also the cost need to be justifiable with the services you offer … they are definitely not world class which you claim to be .. you will get your money and all things you need … but ultimately its the good appreciation full with blessings and gratitude which you get from patient is more valuable …
Best hospital for treatment. Staff and doctor is very experienced and polite. Thanks to dr deepak for treating my knee pain. Now I am feeling so much better than before.
Special thanks to dr Chopra and dr Amrit who is doing treatment of my dad Shingara Singh since last week .... I hope my dad recover soon from his disease as they are trying to safe life my dad . My whole community will do charity to this hospital every year ... for their treatment ...
