Had both my vaccines in here. Very good experience. Staffs were extremely courteous & helpful. Even though the queue was pretty long when I went there, it did not take much time. They worked pretty efficiently.
Doctors are very well behaved and i got proper treatment. And moreover this hospital's stuff are so good and well behaved. One of the stuff named ROSHNI ROY helped me a lot from getting appointment to all the treatment. I would like to thank all
It was nice to observe right from security to everyone following the hospital very strictly. In my opinion the only thing needs to be attended is mediclaim process as in my case it took more than 7hours after the advice of discharge by doctor. Good luck and keep serving patients to the best possible way.
Overall it was a nice experience. Floor manager Mita Kamila helped us a great deal. We would certainly recommend ILS for anyone looking for a treatment with utmost care.
