not a good place. very crowded. Doctors dont listen and give relevant treatment. They go by rule book. very disappointing.
Very worst experience. Doctors have no time to talk with us. Rushes like a government hospital. We expect someone to listen us and quality inputs from them. But here, they are busy in giving bills. Laboratory bills comes in different names and different locations with no detailed information. During my 3month pregnancy period , I took a scanning and that scanning video was shown only to me. Not even called my husband. This was my first pregnancy. We all expect to see that baby growth. Instead , they throw bills to us . Consultation fees is charged for not consulting at all. I request , there are lot of beautiful hospitals in Bangalore. Why u ppl waste time and energy here. There's nothing special treatment here. I have attached 2different names and locations of laboratory bills. Pls have a look. One lab test for my wife and other lab test for baby itseems . How funny . I have 100compaints. I hope this is enough
First I'm taking about Doctor Nishitha Rao what a master pice, she came to hospital late night 2'o clock 3'o clock (I seen my own) were every need her presence she come and help patients (ವೈದ್ಯೋ ನಾರಾಯಣೋ ಹರಿ)🙏. Staffs also very friendly and helping patient (I'm not talking about front office staffs😉), Very hygienic they clean the floors every 2 to 3 hours, here accepted all type of insurances, visual boards was good guide us correctly were we are & were we can go, over all my experience was very good😍.

Dr. Veena i know she very knowledgeable doctor very strict but come on straight forward but you need to understand patients first time mom. My friend suggested after first visit I will never step into that hospital......especially her very strong personality and me sensitive. Not nice lady.
