The future prospects are bright for this area. With Thane city in it's east, it would be massive once it will be completed. There is already a railway station construction undergoing and local trains are soon expected to make a stop here. Overall a good place for investment
Railway work is going on.....all over making land plain for new rail track.... Expected by 2023 new more local train will start... Also there is demand for more train by passenger ... Once local train start this place will become paradise.. Beyond our imagination...
