Treatment wise hospital is decent..but there are no proper systems.. I have been coming from 2020 for my son's and wife's consultation and never had a proper experience..even if you are token 1, they make sure u wait for 1.5 to 2 hrs before you see the doctor. You see people going ahead of you and seeing doctor even if you are the first patient to see. They still follows ancient file system.it gets mixed up and even in pharmacy many a times person who came last gets medicine before you. Management really need to invest in a better experience and understand our time is also valuable.
I myself work in a reputed hospital and keeping that in mind, I am giving this feedback of mine. 1-I went here with my mother for Dr consultation and met with Dr. Sreelakshmy . The Hospital was quite crowded and It scared me at the first sight . But believe me guys it is difficult to manage such crowd but they do commendable job to keeping all safety and patient care in mind. 2- Staffs are very polite and helping . 3- I am saying this with my eight years of experience in health care , doctors like her make us believe in our health care system . She is undoubtedly one of the best doctor I have come across . She is so polite, caring and responsible . She explained everything very well. Hospital team should feel proud to have such doctors like her. Highly appreciated.

My mom had her umblical hernia repair done at lifeline hospital. We had a real good experience and Dr Mathew John was excellent, he patiently explained the procedure and put the patient at ease. The care my mom received at the hospital was excellent and I would recommend the Dr and hospital services.
