Columbia Asia hospital is one of the best hospital. I was very impressed with how the staff and doctors were cautious of the current covid situation. I have admitted my mother-in-law for Bi-lateral knee replacement and it has been a wonderful experience. The empathy factors are very high and you get a home like experience overall. Their working staff are very helpful especially Mrs. Savitha was very kind and cooperative with patients. Also this hospital gives family friendly experience.
Hope less customer service Called customer care for a bill copy of medication, but the lady who received my call name starts with letter S who was on duty at 11:30 am on 04 August was not in the proper mindset to listen to patient patiently as soon as she heard pharmacy, she transferred my call blindly at the very first time. Again called her and explained that it's a customer care staff duty to send bill copy to patient has early also I have received bills from them and even second time she didn't even bother to respond again transferred my call to the pharmacy. The pharmacist Miss Nadiya and Mr. Prabhu was so kind enough to listen and respond to me, I think customer care team needs to learn how to talk to a customer from pharmacists.
Worst experience. I don't feel like I am communicating with doctor or nurses. They are more like a programmed Robot. I didn't feel that human touch from anyone. Insurance team: They have certain rules & regulations which is common. If you fail to visit them or consult them with on your own interest, then you will end up paying the total money. So be careful. They say we are the best in market. Sorry to say this meet the standards and then announce the people your the best.
It's a great hospital with good infra and great doctors. I found all the nursing staff also very helpful and committed. Had a great experience during a minor surgery of my son special thanks to Mr Utkarsh in marketing department who took care of us right from the admission till the discharge. Only downside to the hospital is its bit costly. Hopefully they would rework on that part to cover greater population which is not so privileged.
I would like to say thanks to Columbia Asia doctors and staff for all the support and help. Diagnosis is super and medicine prescription is really good and my wife recovered very well. There is no words for Dr shruti mam she is super. we are great full to hospital and doctor. Thanks
