1. Lack of Coordination: Between nurses, doctors, ward boys, radiology department. All have no clue as to what their work is. Nurses don't know what doctors prescribe. Radiologists don't know which reports to send. 2. Money-making Agenda: Doctors pressurising for surgery, even though other doctors from other hospitals advise against it. 3. Unclean washroom in wards. 4. Understaffed: A single ward boy has to do many jobs, and as a result is overburdened. 5. Newbie, inexperienced nurses: Don't even know how to put a Neck Collar brace.
Patient admitted in Nov 21 for cardiovascular treatment. Lots of meetings and panel discussions but Doctors still don't know what exactly needs to be done. Suggested the more expensive surgery but it made heart condition more worse. On top of it Patient got Tuberculosis in CCU and needs to be isolated. So Doctors/ staff decided to moved the bed in one corner of the CCU. No wonder why patient got TB at the first place. Because of lack of diagnose and unsure surgery patient's other organ started to deteriorate. And the best advice is to take patient home. Patient will feel better with family. (Its true when condition is not life threating). There is lot to write but there is no coordination among doctors. keep chasing them. Patient passed away in December 21. Credit Fortis.
While the doctors and nurses are wonderful, the housekeeping and cleanliness at hospital is pathetic. The housekeeping staff gave us poor and worn out blankets in winters, which were not freshly cleaned. Cleaning bathroom floors required lot of follow ups with housekeeping staff.
Good doctors but worse management staff which are non cooperative and non helping. This is worse place to visit if you are a patient. If you are ready to waste your precious time you are welcome to go to this place. At billing counter these people are working as typical sarkari babu’s . Very slow and didn’t listen and guide customers . If management is reading the feedback I would suggest them to kindly give lessons on professionalism to your staff. I will never suggest anyone to visit this hospital due to unprofessional behaviour of staff at billing counter and near areas.
Would want to endorse the hospital for their professionalism and having an Excellent team of not only the doctors but also the admin staff . They have been extremely helpful in correct diagnosis and treatment of my ailments, the interaction started at the time of Covid where despite being overwhelmed , they never turned us away and was constantly in touch till our recovery . Therefore would Highly recommend this hospital and it's doctors. A special shout out to Dr kshitij who has been our knight in the shining armour , guiding and treating us every time.
