I father died in the center 6 years ago and accidentally we lost the death certificate and also we don't have any other copy of the certificate, we contacted with the hospital but their stuff said that they will not help us to find it because it's been 6 years ... I mean really are you saying that a man who died in your hospital and you people give us the certificate just because we lost it and it's been 6 years you can't help us to find it.... Every medical center have their every patient documents... Please feel me how to find it we really need it
