Worst hospital, fraud doctors and nurses. They are just money minded people. Last month we went to vizag to visit and mom got allergy, they made a big case in just few minute without any testing......they get to know that they people are outsider and whatever they will say , we will afraid off . They even said it's an emergency anything can be happened to my mom even she can die, but I was correct we took her to my hometown back it was just a minor allergy, we took proper body check up of her and every thing is fine. They are fraud and money minded people, specifically lady doctor who is available in night in emergency ward as well as nurses and one old doctor as well.
This is a very unprofessional place. Support staff will lie to any extent to get the headache off. They don't know whether doctor is in surgery, free or late. Even if doctor is late, they have a plain line "he is in surgery". Then they would tell you that yours is first number in evening slot but you will be petrified to know that there are 8 more people before you. They would ask you to come on time and will make you wait for at least 90mins. No wonder this hospital runs on losses and foreign conglomerates wanted to aquire it. Trust me, you should not waste your time here. It's not that they got world class doctors or even top class on the city. Hated it.
Worst hospital.. Go there only if you wish to be treated by Trainee Nurses an be Guinea pigs . worst management.. the floor Manager thinks he is too good for that .. over very bad experience
Treatment is good...... doctors are excellent but security guards are such a nonsense people....they treat so rudely to patients and attendants....... lift service is so poor....overall experience is so bad...
Hospital is good and they are maintaining clean and neat. Doctor’s assistant is also nice. Improve - Hospital inside lifts are very slow improve them to the better speed. If you are in 8 or 9th floor you must climb all the steps to reach. One canteen for 10 floors is not a good idea it’s difficult to the public.
