The hospital is all staff Keeping up the good work. We are very happy that the hospital doctors are giving us good advice. I like the fact that the hospital looks so clean.
Scheduled my parents’ inoculation between 3 & 6pm on 18 June. We reached there at 3pm to find the door shut. After seemingly long wait, a person working there came and opened the door. We were informed to visit the next day at 9:30am because the staff had to attend a meeting. If the meeting was already decided, then why even provide slots? Such pathetic mismanagement. We later went to Apollo for a paid vaccination where my parents were inoculated without waiting. It was a walk-in and was seamless. Shame on govt run UPHC for their inconvenience caused to the citizens.
The staff here are very unorganised and arrogant. They shout and bombard on the public. I had visited this centre for my Covid vaccination and wasted almost half of my day (from 9:30-1:30) in their unorganised and improperly planned trend.
I made online registration for covid vaccination and I got scheduled on 7th August 2021at UPHC , Kuvempunagar . I went there and stood in the Q after that they started distributing the tokens to people's, and I didn't get token and I return back to home. They shared tokens to people's based on availability of stocks and FCFS system but really don't know about accountability/audit on the stocks supplied by Indian/Karnataka government. Observation : 1. No use/value of online registration people's. 2. If first point is not having the functionality then no use of developed apps or online registration by Governments. 3. Sending vaccination scheduled SMS blindly to registered people's, which shows unaware of the word , "Scheduled" / what's really meant that word, "Scheduled". Request: 1. Stop online registration 2. Avoid Q System 3. Do proper planning etc...
I Scheduled my parents (aged around 75+)’ vaccination On 14th July 2021, between 1pm to 3pm for second dose but after reaching the Kuvempunagar UPHC (Its almost 15km from my residence), they said its rescheduled to 18th August 2021. I dont know what system they are following and already my parents are waited for 92 days. Its better not to book in that center and finally they got paid vaccination in the nearby hospital on the same day. Very poor response from the staff and they would have informed little early.
