Happen to visit this place for a blood check up in the morning, they made me wait for more than 45 minutes just for the billing. In the peak times where people come in fasting to get thier check up done, how can you make them wait for so long? There is only one person in the billing counter till 8 in the morning. The other person who came at 8 had to wipe the dust from computer, table, chair for the first 5 minutes. I had to face something worst which I never expected. The waiting time pushed me to lose patience and walk away without the test being done .I had a senior citizen with me for the test. Kindly take a note of this. Thank you.
Very bad infrastructure and patient service. Only looting cash and No quality of treatment what I experienced. In General ward is not clean. Toilet and washrooms are very bad smell not maintained cleany . Totally unsatisfied with KMC Atthavar hospital . If Patient have KMC loyalty health card then they will not treat patients in Atthavar hospital they will send to Jyothi KMC for some Lab tests even they have own lab in Atthavar hospital because they will charge and loyalty card not accepted in Jyothi KMC so these are the gimmicks of KMC loyalty health card. So they will make cash at one side and people are fools to have this loyalty card.
The person whom i spoke with Mr Raviraj is very rude dont have courtesy to listen what i am trying to say ..these people dont know how to talk with people, dont know to respect people..Mr Raviraj first learn how to give respect when you are talking with someone ...very unprofessional behaviour

Worst service. Irresponsible doctors and colleague. They took my mothers life.
