I had the worst experience. I wouldn't have come to the hospital if I knew they were this unprofessional. The staff themselves have no idea where and when the vaccination would be provided. They kept chasing us from here to there. If your going to get a jab. Don't bother going early. They just randomly give tokens after 9:45. They only start vaccination after 10.
We are consulting Dr.Vibha Rathore for pregnancy. She is very good doctor. She is very caring, helpful and always encourages patients. She gives sufficient time to patient and provides consultation in detail. I would refer her for all pregnancy related issues. Regarding rainbow, it's nice hospital but it's costly. Staff is nice. They should reduce their prices of different tests.
Got admitted last month for my delivery and I must say that I am happy with the services included under the maternity package. Really happy and satisfied with the staff and their hospitality. The anaesthesist doctors, nursing, housekeeping & cleaning staff all were very friendly and helpful during my delivery. Post delivery as well, they took good care of me. Would recommend this hospital for pregnancy deliveries.
Very good hospital for kids. The pediatricians are very good knowledgeable persons. Parking facilities available for bikes and cars. It's situated near to the outer ring road and conveniently located. The doctors are very much helpful and supportive.
Really bad service in the vaccination drive. There was no crowd control. I would not recommend it. I reached 20mins early for our slot on 10am Sunday morning. I saw a big crowd of people filling forms and not maintaining social distancing. I also did not carry a pen to fill the form. Everyone was clueless. I decided to return home and canceled my vaccination slot immediately. I recommend that the hospital take action and organize this in a better manner.
