Actually there is very bad experience with this hospital, Entire staff of this hospital don't know how to behave. They are really very rude or they don't have manners to talking with the patient or attendent. I don't know why all the staff is having so negative attitude. There is no any clearity in anything with the patient. Except of these this, they don't allow to seat inside the hospital and there is no any facility for the attendent. Attendent use to wait outside the hospital with so cold, rain and cold wind. I'll never recommend to anyone for this hospital ahead.
Billing is not fare..they are very poor in billing..assure to provide discount later but they do it by over billing..charg twice for same thing..charges are very high, Mora than Fortis, medanta etc and infrastructure is worst..not recommended....the one thing that I would like to highlight here is the worst customer service...it seems they don't understand the value of customer service...specially guy named Birender in the billing department...they will never provide you the documents you need for insurance claim or help you to understand the bill. All of the staff will get united when you raise voice against the incapabilities this hospital have instead of resolving the matter...nobody is responsible stakeholder in this hospital...Please never visit this hospital...
