We have vaccination facility for the ongoing pandemic at Ramsay Hospital(G. B. Pant Hospital). The staff are polite and take precautionary measures. I personally think that the building needs renovation. Other than this all's great.
The building of hospital is heritage, very old and beautifulonly otherwise the medical facilities are not good.
A beautiful hospital built in the colonial era, still retaining its original feel, this is more of a heritage place than a hospital, as the medical services are mostly not available. The staff is quite casual and the nursing staff is not professional at all, and seem to have little knowledge about anything you'd ask them. Most of them don't even know how to perform basic dressing of wounds. In most cases, they will refer you to bigger hospitals as the even the doctors are not always present in the hospital compound. Bottom line: This hospital is great for admiring the structure and its beauty, and is pathetic if you visit to get a treatment.
A very good hospital in nainital
This is a Government Hospital known as G. B. Pant Hospital earlier known as Ramsey Hospital. This is also the seat of the Office of CMO, Nainital. OPD works from morning 8 am to 2 pm afternoon. Rest of the period emergency room is in operation with a staff on duty. Doctors is called on demand if any emergency arises. Located in Sher Ka Danda side of the Hills of Nainital in a heritage like building. A college of Nursing is also being run from here in an adjacent building. There is an ample space for parking of vehicles for doctors, staff, ambulance and vehicles of patients.
