I've had a very satisfactory experience during my wife's delivery in Apollo cradle Indrapuram. Doctor's are thorough professionals, Nursing staff, GDA staff, House keeping staff - they are all very proactive and compassionate. All my queries and were handled and answered to my utmost satisfaction by Irene madam and her team. I highly recommend this hospital to all. You'll be in safe hands! Delighted! Everything from the start till the end was great. The staff was very helpful and were always ready at any point of time, and that's the best part. You need not worry about anything at all, they are there for everything, room was nest and clean, overall cleanliness was maintained throughout. Happy to have gone for Apollo for bringing my baby to the world.
The services that I receive from Hospital is excellent. Dr. (POOJA GUPTA) and the staff are friendly and ensure that I am properly informed about my WIFE AND BABY'S health and care. I would have no qualms in recommending them to family and friends. All nurses housekeeping people did a great job for smooth care after delivery of baby. Even room interior and all facilities are excellent. Miss Irene Ray explained everything to me in a very clear manner before registering. She was also kind and friendly. All of the staff was great – they were helpful, patient and helped with my insurance.
One of the best Hospital in Terms of the Caring. Nursing & housekeeping staff is very skilled, polite and caring. From the day when we went to know about Delivery package cost till getting discharge from hospital, Shobhna Ma'am taken care everything related to hospital process. She was very helpful in complete process. As a suggestion, there is scope of improvement in finance and TPA department.
The Staff was very helpful. You need not worry about anything. The room was clean.Happy to have gone for Apollo.
