Visited the hospital for planned knee replacement surgery for my mother. My mother was in hospital for 7 days. All the staff are very friendly and provide good service. Timely follow up and attending for food, medicines and pre and post surgery treatments was done and we did not have to follow up for anything. The cleanliness and ambience is excellent like that of top class hotels. And they keep seeking regular feedback to resolve any concerns with the service. Excellent experience. I would highly recommend it for any hospitalization needs.
The team of doctors here are exceptionally efficient. Infrastructure is extremely good and very well maintained. Just few things need to be improved. Proper coordination & briefing of common ground rules between security personnel at various levels: main entrance, at wards, etc. Inventory management at pharmacy definitely needs improvement. For instance, diclo transdermal patch prescribed for a patient which wasn't easily available outside was out of stock and were informed will be available only after 2 days..I request the management to look into these minor administrative issues to make it even better. Thank you.
Kudos to the whole team of doctors nurses and admin team. Everyone where very welcoming and took at most care post procedure. Every doctor visited personally and explained the process also was attentive of my health. It gave us lot of confidence. We stayed in room 827 and Special thanks to night shift nurse Manjula sister she was running every time we called her for help. Well done whole team .
It's always first preference hospital for our family. As we had our first experience when my dad was admitted for heart surgery last year and hospitality was at the best.
