We visit this hospital often in absence of a good tertiary care centre around us. And there has never been a hassle free experience with them so far. The reception staff is not trained over hospital IT system (you can always find them asking for help from each other) that leads to long waiting time just to get an appointment. There is no point of taking phone appointments as they work on first-come-first-serve basis. Everything is overpriced (and non-transparent) - doctor fees, lab tests, medicines; they even charged me for canceling an appointment once while they were unable to manage the rush. The system is not patient friendly and one has to move around at multiple stations to get a basic thing done. Worst, they are open to negotiation in processes and hence, whoever shouts the most can get the work done. However, they maintain the facility in a clean and hygienic way. And doctors can be consulted for second opinion. Best days to visit, between tuesday to friday.
Excellent hospitality and best doctors for treatment. Personal touch and care given by hospital management during treatment at hospital. Bed Manager Priyanka was very helpful and cooperative during the complete process. Overall very good and nice experience.
Went for Covid vaccination the other day 7/29, booked an appointment between the hours of 9 to 10 in the morning. It went smoothly but took a while during the verification/billing process which is understandable. BTW, there's this individual who got upset while waiting (I don't know why, ✌️ I don't understand Hindi) but it was well managed by the personnel assigned. If I may add, it's not that organized, the queue is here and there - no social distancing). Kudos to the staff, they're nice and polite.
