It is private trust managed medical and dental college , with a hospital , spread out on a vast area on outskirts of shimogga city , well built and managed , it caters to a large population of the rural arews with all major branches of medicine and surgery , .it charges subsidised fees from the patients ,and most of the admissions and aurgeru a are free, medicines are charged ,
College situated by lake side but staff are the worst
The management cooperate very well. They respect individually and take care of students very well. Thank you one and all.
The only reason to visit this place is because of senior and reputed doctors from the region. The staff doesn't even know that IMA has given the permission to open a college based on the hospital and treatment commitments in the geographic area.. Staff are less and trained highly with no friendly attitude towards the patients. They literally treat visitors like some unwanted guests. Absolutely no dustbins in the entire hospital premises, I could see one or two in the total departments. The building is too much leaking and its operational since 2012. The entrance doesn't even have a foot mat!!! CCIM and IMA should think of reviewing the college campus time and again, as the promise of Right to Health is really questionable! Very poor state of affairs. The premises is lacking in sufficient light and the hospital dosen't even switch on the lights.. The list goes on and on....
