One of the best hospitals in Chennai. Been here for the treatment of a colleague. The place gets very crowded at times, but maintained neat and clean. Good treatment by expert doctors. Some of the rooms are very spacious and cost a bomb which is understandable. Considering the facilities and world class treatments offered, can always recommend this hospital.
Had terrible experience with Apollo Hospital doctors. I went to see an ENT specialist Dr. PS Reddy for consultation he didn’t even gave 5 mins to listen to my problems but immediately referred to get CT scanned. Most of the time spent by the doctor was over the phone speaking to the hospital staff regarding administrative issues. We all know that they charge whopping ₹1000 for consultations but services. I come from a doctors family this kind of treatment for patients was truly unprofessional.
Hospital is clean and hygienic. Dr Narshimhan R is a very good and well experienced. The main problem of this hospital is their staffs. Not all because I don't know all of them but some staffs are very biased, no matter when you took the appointment if local people comes to see the doctor they will have the first preference. Some of they don't talk in hindi or english. Don't know why if they are indians or not!! Their are no way to complaint about that too as they will say something and let you go. Overall this hospital experience was not that good.
