It’s very good hospital. I am very much satisfied with all the facilities and medical attention provided to my mother. I am very much thankful to Dr Sandeep Garg under whom wonderful supervision TKR of my mother is done. I also appreciate Dr. Pulkit, Dr Mishra and Dr Monika ji taking time to go over the diagnosis clearly and treatment options timely. Highly recommended.
Will not recommend Dr Sandeep Kapoor to any ortho patients as instead of devoting his attention to treatment he is more engrossed in administrative and financial wellbeing. The hospital nursing staff is inefficient, services overpriced and doctors immune to the plight of the patients.
The nursing services are good. Hospital is neat and clean with good hygiene. Sr. doctors availability is only during round and in OPD. Rest of the time, it mainly runs on paramedical staff only. Administrative services are poor such as arguing by head nursing staff on silly matters and taking unnecessary time (in hours) to discharge a patient even if settlement is in cash...a kind of harassment both for patient and attendant etc.
