My experience with Medanta Hospital Lucknow is not good. I visited there by taking an appointment of 11am for one of the Consultant, but my turn came at around 1PM. They don't value your time and it makes no sense for them to book an appointment as you have to be in general queue where walk-in patients are also coming. Addition to it, the Consultant doctor was taking so much time to see the patients as she was busy in attending calls and providing consultation over call. Instead of focusing on the patients who is sitting in desk, continuously she was attending calls. And I feel that the Doctors available at Medanta are not experienced professionals and I'm not satisfied with the level of knowledge which they possess.
During this Pandemic time, they want your data to be registered in their private data base. Where everyone else just asks your ID for Vaccination (and the transaction is so smooth, as everything is just digital) they are making you fill a long Medanta form (which even asks your religion, why do you need my religion, I am here to get Vaccinated.) to be registered with Medanta. Such a shame. Big players. Very sorry I went there for my second dose. There is no such disclaimer beforehand that you need to be registered with Medanta if you want your dose there. I registered through Cowin, booked my slot as it was near where I live and went. When I am there the counter tells me, you need to be registered with Medanta for your dose. Wow! These people just want to use your data to increase their patients database, what a shame.

Very bad service and careless staff. Very difficult to find single point of contact. Even same Dr is not visiting every day and instead of your consultant Dr someone else will come. Communication is too bad. If you are coming by seeing Medanta Gurgaon , there is no match. Management has to understand only from infrastructure hospital can not run. There should be proper communication to patient family and Dr should give some time to understand and make family understand the progress and case. Staff are so careless. They don't allow attendant food and you can't leave your patient on staff responsibility. If patient is not eating what they sent and u order something it will take whole day to serve. What ever Dr suggested u have to keep eye on recommendation as staff won't work on recommendation properly. I am giving 1 star just for infrastructure and for Very good experience on Medanta gurgaon otherwise Medanta lucknow don't deserve for even a single star.
It is a place where i know the best treatment would be provided. Dr. Ruchita is the best her efforts and expertise brought my mother back. One of my other relative recommended her. The staff, nursing care has been very good Thank you everyone doctors and staff of medanta.
