The hospital staff seemed highly cooperative during the short visit. The administrative staff was polite and helpful. Overall the hospital looked tidy and clean. Covid protocols were being followed properly. The doctor we visited was very polite, professional and understanding.
Nursing Staff are supportive, experienced, mannered and well behaved. But hospital adminstrations try to make fools to patients, Resident Dr Nusrat is very arrogant, she gets irritated when attendents wants to know something about their patients. Dr Nusrat should learn professional approach while taking care of patients.
Excellent hospital , very hygiene and well managed. The staff are a pleasure to talk to and the doctor are always on time. The facilities available are modern and the approach towards patient is very innovative.

This hospital deserves negative stars . Whole authority is Cheat and ill behaved .We booked super dulex room but were given simple private room of lower cost . On complaining about the same the lady at the reception started howling. They just extract money by unfair means. Mangement lady is so abusive and treats as if she is the boss and attendents are the servants. Talks to everyone on point of her finger . Whole staff is just untrained. We have to get mask and gloves for sweepers to clean toilets or empty urobag everytime. no supply by hospital for their own staff.MO on duty never responds to the query and are busy gossiping , you just have to keep waiting for them for the reply.Extremely horrible experience.never recommend this to anyone.Such hospital must shut down in city like Lucknow. .
