The location shown on map is wrong. Navigate to goverment hospital which is on the same road but way close to the highway. Keep and eye on the right side of the road. Very systematic vaccination process. Only online registration. You need to register online on Cowin and then go on the scheduled date. No vaccination is given even if you know someone there. ONLY ONLINE REGISTERED PEOPLE ARE ENTERTAINED THERE AND GIVEN PRIORITY
Best place to take vaccine. Visited to take 1st dose. This is place is just few meters ahead of Saya Grand club & spa resort. Overall a good experience.
Very neat and clean, I got my vaccination 1st dose from this PHC. It was really well managed. Appreciate the efforts of the health workers working in this centre.
Sharing my personal experience. Its One out of 2 Government Vaccination Center (for Thane district) for Covid (as on 1st May 2021, 1400hrs) Its far, in remote area better to go by Ola/uber or own vehicle. The center is (seems like old government school) well organised by the officials, for Covid Vaccination 18+ yrs, they strictly do not take offline entries, better to reach 1hr before your time slot. They'll ask you to sit in a line on chair outside under shed 》call one by one inside》check your BP(Blood pressure) if high they'll suggest according, if normal 》they'll ask for ID Proof》take your photo》proceed to next room to take vaccination (nurse will show you Vaccine Vial before injecting) 》once done then they will ask to wait for 20min in waiting room 》 before leaving will hand over 2 tablets of paracetamol 500mg. Note: carry proof of your ID (Adhar card/DL/Passport, etc), the officials are strict to check Reference ID or SMS (which you receive just before start of your vaccination time slot). Overall Smooth and good👍 Talked to few people around who came from Wadala, Bhaktipark, Thane Station area (I came from kalyan) Vaccinated - Covishield Cost - Free Hope this info was helpful.
