Very good hospital.. Recently my sister delivered the baby girl.. On emergency we have delivered here. It's a awesome maternity hospital.. Well organized management everything was informed clearly and billing also was reasonably done.. Felt so happy with the customer care services.. Many Complimentary things for baby like first cry kit and baby product all were given and Photoshoot also done. Really well recommended for delivery and new born care.. 👍
Nice Hospital, Excellent Services and Very Good Doctors. Went for an Emergency and the Treatment, Medication, Hospitality and the Care provided has been Outstanding. Special mention of the Nursing Department who took very good care both at the Emergency and in the Ward room. It was reassuring and positive. What I didn't like: One point that I wanted to call out is the lack of clarity and transparency in the Insurance and Reimbursement processing. Very disappointed with the way the entire Insurance Processing was handled. Could've been better, especially explaining the process involved and what needs to be furnished by the Patient.
Had a amazing experience here at Aster hospital. Well maintained and very hygienic with all the necessary COVID protocols being followed. Needless to say super efficient and well trained doctors and staff who made it special not only for the newborn baby and parents but for the entire family. Very well coordinated and kind staff right from doctors to nurses to the housekeeping Staff and coordinators. Overall very very happy with the experience we had here and highly recommended. A big thank you to all.
Went for second vaccination for our two and a half month old baby. Our baby was crying at the top of his voice inside the procedure room. His crying became so unbearable that we opened the room finally to check on the baby. The scene inside the procedure room was so scary. The baby was bleeding so much that there was blood on his thigh(where he was vaccinated) and all his leg. There was blood even on his cloths. You can imagine how much he bled. Now guess what it was the nurse who was vaccinating the baby not the doctor though the doctor had instructed the nurse to "keep the vaccine ready." I agree that it was an accident while vaccinating, however had the vaccine been given by the doctor, the chances of accident would have been the least. I wish nobody has to go through the pain I went through today. It becomes really difficult to console the "crying baby" and the "crying mom" together.
Visited Aster 2-3 days back. I am not sure about the Doctors but staff is not good. Visited for my 2 year old baby, Dr suggested for some blood tests. While collecting the blood it was clear for me, I will not come to this place for my little one. They inject syringe thrice to collect the blood, nurses with less experience and they don’t know how to collect blood from babies. My little one cried for 1 hr. Will never visit this place again. I will suggest you to visit a hospital which is old and having some experienced staff.
