I have given 5 stars "maximum possible rating on google" that this hospital deserves and would like to add 5 more stars for the high standards of ethics and honesty these people have and the kind of treatment my mother (age 70 yrs ) received during our visits and subsequent successful surgery of critical RETINA detachment done by the best team of doctors in this state of the art hospital. Training of the staff is done so well that from the security guard outside this hospital to the cleaning lady wiping floors, all people are caring and concerned and doing their jobs with a genuine smile. Which is a rare quality you see in the hospitals these days. We can see and can feel that all were very cordial with each and everyone, among themselves with colleagues as well as the patients and the patients family members. from the reception area to the operation theatre and from junior nurses to senior doctors, each person is well informed and well mannered. all of them gave us such a great feeling of positivity that we always crave in any medical institutions and mostly don't get. Our experience was simply overwhelming. I am purposely not mentioning the names of doctors and staff here to express my gratitude towards "M M Joshi Eye Institution" because I want to thank everyone as a super caring team here and don't want to miss any name while appreciating their high level of professional services. I would like to mention two things that need improvements which are related just to hospital building's amenities. one is that the hospital need more number of toilets on ground floor and the second suggestion is that the hospital rooms need renovations as we found the rooms to be very basic. For those who can afford and can pay more can have better rooms with AC and better amenities. We preferred to stay at nearby Hotel before and after the operation as our personal choice of comfort. I am very much satisfied with this Hospital. Hospitality and Treatments are very fine. Staff is so much dedicated and well co operative, very rare to see in private sectors. Only the Canteen need to be improved in all respect since many people outside HUBLI are coming to this Hospital.
One of the best eye hospital in Karnataka. Hospital is having well trained and qualified Doctors who listen carefully, patiently the problem of patients and suggest best remidies/ treatments. All working staff are cooperative and guide patients patiently and properly. As per my knowledge all are satisfied who have visited hospital for treatment. Hospital is having well advanced equipments. Councelling department has to council without making financial burden to patient. I further say best eye hospital in entire Karnataka.
