Did ECHO and anjiography of my wife . Dr vihang was attending case. He heard us care carefully and suggested anjiography which was to b done by him but he left the case for other doctor without informing us just after they admitted my wife. Pharmacy is too costly and behavior at pharmacy is rude. ICU staff isn't good at all n looks like they are adding extra medicines used in ICU in prescription and patients relatives are forced to buy them from hospitals Pharmacy which may b later exchanged for money by ICU staff ( or hospital im not sure)bcz it happened with me. So it's better if u have options go for other hospital than this. They are working just for money. As they told me total expense of anjiography of rs 9000/- and just after that for admission of case they took 100rs extra later medicines charges n laboratory charges separately which are not mentioned before admission of patient which are also highly charged
My mother diagnosed with auto-immune disease. Through our reference of family doctor we consulted Dr. Umang Shah for her treatment. From starting itself he was very calm and subtle person just like every patient would desire. For my mother he tried to cover all possible root causes of treatment so as to make sure she gets right treatment. He never believed in jumping towards conclusion but, rather focused on perfect treatment through various tests and thorough diagnosis. He was extremely supportive and patient throughout the process. He acted so aggressively to find the root cause and to our every query he responded so quickly and explains us each and everything in common language. He guided us for each and every step. The Pranayam hospital is very clean, hygienic and well maintained institution. Staff too was very good. Not to miss out senior Dr. C M Shah who is highly knowledgeable and learned person because of whom we got to go deeper into the overall treatment. I greatly recommend for pneumatic syndrome. Blessed to have such doctors in our city.

Good service but over priced !! Extra and hidden charges are there !! Otherwise Dr's services is nice... They maintain cleanliness !! Admin department should be improved , they are non cooperative .....
