Decent experience. Nursing staff can be much better & trained well. Response was not up to mark. Housekeeping & cleanliness during my admission was excellent. Team of doctors were excellent. Discharge process could have been smoother and I did feel there were discrepancies in billing especially since it was insurance claim ( adding 3 days of stay for less than 47 hour admission). Also feel the food for patients should be curated by doctors / staff and accordingly be given options to choose from before hand itself.
My sister in law was operated for lap gall bladder surgery. I found whole medical and nursing team very competent n dedicated. I mustn't miss to mention specifically about Dr lokesh , anaesthetist. Despite of being busy, he gave so much time in explaining in detail about every single procedure , that made the patient confident and calm . He is very experienced and competent anaesthetist. I wish him all the best n thank the whole team.

Good response from insurance department-siddesh sir. He does all arrangements of who have insurance. Over all good. Good response.
Normally modern hospitals are money minded. Regal isn't. Doctors are very knowledgeable and the hospital is very clean and organized.
