My brother was shifted on Ventilation under care of Dr Ashish Gupta and Team in very critical condition after severe head injury. He recovered very well and now conscious. He was unconscious for 8 days and with good behaviour and treatment recovered well. We are very thankful to entire Neuro team for saving my brother life. Very Good ICU and hospital
Worst services. Visited there in morning .At main reception , their computer system of the reception was nit working .We kept standing in queue for 10 minutes and then we were informed system is not working. Worst customer /patient service experienced ever. Their services are not the same and have degraded over a period of time. Faridabad has now far better hospitals wherein the service is good and the service representatives are at least empathetic.They call you if you don't visit on appointment but they are very rude when you visit . Recommend not to visit Fortis as Faridabad is now having much better hospitals. Having a big brand name is good , equally important is to have an empathetic team at front end who doesn't shout back when patient is not in a good state of mind due to ailments. Note to Fortis Faridabad management : Please try to have a review of your service staff .They need a better training on how to work with patients and to have some more empathy .
