Doctor's service was excellent, but the waiting area was disgusting smell I can't even breath and they only have three chairs and two chairs were broken. At least the patient's guess waiting area should have comfortable chair. My intention to write this message, so in future elder people should have at least chair or any patients guess should have comfortable chair.
I have been here for the last 4 months and I really appreciate the high quality of care that is offered in this hospital. The doctors are so ethical and caring. They listen to your problems carefully and try their best to make you feel better. The nurses are helpful, courteous and friendly.
I have spent 2 days here as an attendant. I don't know much about general wards and facilities there, but yeah if you have a special ward then they put everything in each aspects. Talking about stars if i would give then Cleanliness-☆☆☆☆☆ After span of almost every 2 hours, staffs come to clean the floor and other stuffs of the ward and washroom once a day. Food-☆☆☆☆☆(for patient, as it's their job to give what type of foods should be given to a particular patient having particular disease). And ☆☆☆( for attendants. They do have Canteen Facility for staffs and attendants. The have a variety of foods but only thing because i am giving 3 star is that they are overpriced. Staff behaviour- ☆☆☆☆☆ The staffs are so friendly behavioural and treats patients politely and timingly. Complaint- ☆☆☆☆ As i was in a special ward, there were some water piping issues in the washroom, but just after 10-15 mins of complaint, they fixed it. Overall, the hospital is good, the charges are quite high but the treatments and facilities are good and so i would recommend it.
Tragedy- The patient’s bed was broken. When we tried to pull the bed up to feed the patient, it fell apart and had to hold it with the hands. If we weren’t there the patient would have off the bed. The nurses are lazy and rude. After fallowing up for almost 10 times to give the proper treatment to the patient, they did it with anger and frustration. I stand by there until they get up and do their work. Meanwhile other patient’s relatives complaining the same about the poor and lazy staff. They went to the pharmacy by themselves to get the medicine and injections because of lack of staff. My recommendation: if you really have no choice but to go there, please take care of the patient and don’t reply on the staff as they won’t do their work with responsibility.
I would love to recommend this hospital. The doctors and nurses are very attentive and caring, you'll find hospital is too clean. I have been visiting the hospital for the last 3-4 years, it's very satisfying. The services what they giving are best in line.
