Very unprofessional and rude behaviour from FW-1 Nursing staff and supporting staff is the big issue for muslim patients. The patients already going through the trauma of the disease physically and mentally through the behaviour of the staffs hurts more than. specially some time hatred against muslims. So hospital management or health ministry must take essential action to make sure the staff must be polite and behaves like humans!!
The worst of all communication is reckless..arrogant attenders...cant even saY what and where the work is done.. no covid protocols..used needles on ground...no time sens and they keep asking the patients to wait the whole day and no work done after 4days..
The services provided by the hospital is great...though being a government hospital I appreciate the help and medications provided. But I understand that expecting special attention is not possible, since we dnt pay but we look forward for a little courtesy and way of talking to patient. Especially a doctor sitting at the entry for the room no 36 she is the worst lady dr the rest are really good . My dr who is dr Nikshita she is a wonderful lady and very kind
No proper surgery plan. They will call for surgery and last minute will cancel the óeration without any reason. For dnc test they will ask to wait whole day.
Please allow other doctors who has the urge to serve poor people with respect not treating like dogs...the one especially sitting onto the right side for the room 36 at the entry who is very proud, first time in my life felt that I'm treated like a beggar no others dr there r like the way this lady is.....other doctor sitting inside facing the door are all perfect n nice except that doctor at the entry sitting side ways....give others opportunity rather going with a person who does not like approaching us properly....she has feeling that she has the entire burden on her shoulders only
