The Apollo team represents among the highest levels of customer service I have experienced. I am completely satisfied with their level of expertise and efficiency. My mother was treated in this hospital for a critical illness and I thank God that I approached Apollo on time and received a completely excellent and satisfied treatment. I would always recommend Apollo Hospital to anyone who would look for quality treatment and excellent service. May God bless all the management and staff for a well deserved establishment in God’s own country, Kerala.

Updated as of 30 April 2021 Initial experience [Nov, Dec of 2020] - Had an issue with non availability of Glucose on a scheduled Blood Fasting Glucose Test (where glucose needs to be administered after the first sample) Future Visits [Jan 2021 - till date] - The issue with glucose seems to have been rectified, as they have started charging for the glucose in the GTT test and pharmacy seems to keep a track of glucose (at least as per my last experience) Positives - Staff is well behaved and helpful - Neat and clean premises - Really like the hospital for the services it offers Negatives - The request to share details on the incident (as a response to this message), doesn't seems to have any impact. No body has reached out or tried to clarify the issue so far. (However the hospital staff is receptive on feedback and issues, I was able to talk to the administration for this and other support that I needed)

Doctors are very good and well mannered. But the worst staff ever!!!! Staff (those ladies sitting in front office/reception and counters in each department) should be trained to behave properly. Very arrogant behavior. Either they are not paid enough ...or they are paid too much that they believe that they are above and beyond doctors... at least should teach to smile...Every doctors will prescribe for scanning, but getting a scanning slot is a nightmare. If every doctor prescribe for scanning, why cant they ensure there is sufficient facility? If you are a patient, tired and worried about your condition, better don't go there...because the staff in the front desk and counters will make your BP shoot up to the sky... I have received the same response that you have given to many "..Sorry for the inconvenience ...call us on.....". Instead of copy pasting the same response, you may better take necessary actions to ensure that your staff will behave better to the patients and for that give them proper training. If you really intend to the improve the situation through my feedback, you can ask your duty manager to call me. My number is not a secret, you can find it if you search within your patient database.

Apollo Adlux Hospital is one of the best multi-specialty hospital that I have visited in India. They have great infrastructure, amazing support staff and state-of-the-art equipment. However, the heartbeat of every hospital is its doctors; they are the ones who build the reputation of any hospital. I realized that this hospital also has supremely qualified doctors when I consulted with Dr. Mercy C.V. of Apollo Adlux, Angamaly. In addition to being a highly proficient doctor, she also possesses a warm heart. Her expertise and composure while explaining my diagnosis, proved to be soothing my mind and provided me with immense comfort. All the way through my consultation, Dr. Mercy showed a refreshing mixture of patience, empathy and wisdom. Without doubt, I would strongly recommend Dr. Mercy C.V, and thus, Apollo Adlux Hospital as well.

Slightly expensive, even if it's just a follow up, after 13 days, they will charge you consultation fees. The four stars r mainly because of the infrastructure and Dr. Elizabeth Jacob. Been her patient for uterine fibroids and they way treats n explains every aspect of the procedures are so comforting and reassuring. Such a sweet doctor!! I'm her fan now.
