Very Very Expensive Hospital with no mercy !!! Only Minting money from Patients and insured persons. The management has already decided to trap the patients by asking huge deposit during the time of Admission. Your money is already trapped once the deposit is payed which later becomes a grave for you while collecting the deposit amount after discharge. The Insured person is hopeless and curses his stars for the heavy charges levied for the mediclaim insurance billing settlement. The Billing department has no courtesy of talking / listening to the queries of the insured / patients during Claim settlement. The hospital has their three motives : Trap , Loot , No Mercy They truly deserve -5 Star if it is possible for me to rate.BEWARE!!

Hospital staff is not friendly at all. Their administration is so poor. There is lack of communication between all the floor. Hospital moto is only to earn the money they don't care about patients. Their aspirations are completely opposite what they mentioned on their values which is displaye on their wall in big letters. Policies are pathetic they won't take your patience without deposit but if you owe the money they won't give you as promised it's been more then 5 days and still my cheque is not ready. I am sure account department is there to take money but how Convinently department head is off to sign the cheque. I would say if you have option never go there. If I have option I would rate negative but unfortunately this option is not available

Today is 6th day and billing department does not have updated bill, they try their best to avoid replying on updated bill amount,their department head(billing) is always busy and avoid meeting the complainant. M.O doesnot meet the patient ,only nursing staff attend the patient. One guy(sweeper) leaves a temporary disabled patient in the toilet. Things are not transparent and no one to escalate and no one to take feedback in these 6 day and no one there to clarify. Seems like we are trapped after admitring my father. Certainly costlier than fortis and bhail lal amin general hospital(as per my experience).

Used staples instead of stitches. Lousy treatment and billed Rs6000 approx or more for few staples. Person asking me to sign some CLW form didn't know fullform of the term. Will post detailed prices of medicine later.
