House keeping staffs are good. Catering services improves a lot. Only when it comes for day care patients have to wait for a long and washroom should be clean for the visitors. Otherwise good .

I am working here for last eight years. We are always try to satisfy our customers through our services. Work ambience is so nice here.
It is very disappointing to see that a renowned hospital has such poor services. My father is being treated in this facility for the past 3 years and we see no improvements in the services. Toilets are very dirty and not maintained. Most of the time the toilet floors are wet and there are no attendant to make sure they are clean and usable. In addition to that the staff in the billing department does not care for people waiting in the queue. They take their own sweet time to read out the token numbers and busy chatting among themselves. No one has the time to stand in the queue long hour and hear personal stories. Having a family member suffering from incurable disease is very stressful on top of that poor customer service makes it a worse experience.
