I lost my mom due to covid last year and she was treated at Jubilee. I have not seen any other hospital provide such bad service to bystanders. I didn't get any proper information about her and had to go through so much mental trauma. Some doctors even started blocking our numbers on their phone. We can't physically be there and won't be even informed when the patient gets worse. I do not know if my mom would have even survived if she was admitted elsewhere from the beginning. But it's her fate. She had to leave us. But even if Jubilee has given her the best treatment or not, I HATED THE WAY THEY TREATED ME AND THE REST OF OUR FAMILY BY NOT BEING AVAILABLE ON PHONE AND BEING INSENSITIVE... I can never forget that experience. Was not in a position to say all this earlier. Still mourning over her loss, but I would never go back to that hospital again.
One of the best hospitals in Thrissur. Offers multi specialty treatments. Good and experienced doctors, but very poor hospital management system. Very slow in records management and retrieval. Patients had to wait long period of time. Causality is good, but patient had to keep a bystander all the time. Even in causality, patient is asked to pay bill before they get treatment.

The hospital definitely have many good facilities. But the behaviour towards patients and their emotions are paid no value especially by nursing staffs and security staffs. The patient should be placed as a priority in every hospital, instead they treat the patient as per their emotional mood. No empathy shown to patient from either staff nurses or lower grade staffs.. Feel really pitty..
