I was about to give 5 stars but all the facilities are not there in this hospital and because for some of the rude staff as well... And the best part of this hospital is that it is good for the middle class and for lower class as well... First question asked by the staff at the time of any test or admission with the patients is about MHIS card... They concern about patients health, if person goes for test in empty stomach they do the test first and later they move on for the further procedure and payments... Not like one of the worst Pvt. Hospital in shillong which I had visited yesterday ... I have done 8 rounds of chemotherapy, thanks to this hospital because I had completed my therapy on time and I'm totally healthy and they had saved huge amount of money...
This hospital is completely private however doctor's are facilitated for any cases
For those people who give bad comments if you feel that it's not a good Hospital, Please don't go there anymore and go for treatment to other hospitals.... Everybody is talking about the late bills and all if you are using Health cards eg MHIS CARDS then it will be late... You want help then you wait don't complaint and grumble.... In Nazareth the MHIS cards amount is more comparing to other hospital.... My nephew is admitted there I don't need to pay a single penny... I know I reached home late but it's worth it..... For me it's the Good hospital comparing to other
Worst service from the nurses. The doctors are fine but the nurses are very rude they don't have a good co-ordination amongst them they won't even listen if you have any problem. The food they gave was of poor quality. I suggest not to be admitted to this hospital since there is so much of lacking in terms of care and attention to the patients.
Nurses are rude and unhelpful as usual. They have certainly living up to that reputation till date.
