Very poor and inefficient HR. Understaffing. HR can not take stand for employees. One of the worst doctor/patient, nurse patient ration. Violation of maximum duty hours by staff in a month. Staff does extra duties and overtime also not paid. no leaves, no holiday comp offs.
Booked an appointment for Dr. Trehan and found the appointment was booked but registration was not done . Post this I ended up wasting time and paying extra fee Rs 200. Ideally this was something whichb should have been done by the call centre team which booked the appointment
Had visited Medanta Medicity for Covid-19 vaccination on 19th Mar 2021. The vaccination process is efficiently managed by the courteous and helping medical staff.
Worst experience of a lifetime.Nursing staff unwilling to help.They prefer chitchatting at their counter even the patient is crying with pain.Basic amenities like the emergency bell not working.Even if it does work,nobody bothers to attend the patient.Everytime the attendent has to rush to the counter to call them and even then they come as per their own convenience.Exorbitant prices for even basic tests.Finance and billing team does not even want to hear any request from you.Whatever is the bill ,you have to pay it.Nobody is doing the job they are hired for.Whatever approximates they give for the entire process at the time of admission they will definitely charge you more than that.
Located within the cyberhub complex which is accessible by all. Adequate parking available. Staff at reception desk and billing personnel are very receptive and well mannered. Technicians are adequately skilled and they know their job well. All the tests are done in the ground floor and patients need not move between floors for various tests. Doctors available for consultation are good. Cleanliness and hygiene within the lab is excellent. Overall a nice experience and worth visiting for health check.
