Called the hospital for general enquiry, nobody answered, what if it was an emergency. A hospital not answering calls is just pathetic snd unprofessional.
I went for a routine annual check up last Saturday. The clinic had almost zero staff. Half of the test were not done. I was told the that balance test will be done next week. I will get a cal. But call not received. I am trying to call the clinic but no response from them. The breakfast servered on the first day after the test was below standards. They did not even have tea after breakfast. No professionalism was seen in the overall process.
Apollo clinic in Kolshet road is extremely good. The staff here are very efficient. My family and my friends family were here today. We were 5 in all and they made sure none of us had to wait for any of the tests (over 15). The equipment and the whole place was very clean and tidy. The support extended by Ms. Rupali is one of the staff here made us feel very good. Strongly recommend this place for all pathological tests.
Came here for health check-up appointment(15 tests). Staff members are co-operative and they make you feel comfortable. You don't have to wait for too long for any tests. All my tests were done within 3 hours.
Feeling good as I have done my health check up at Apollo clinic - GB road Thane West. As my personal experience it is so good as staff behaviour, communication and process of check up. Doctors and staff are good to co-operate with patients with lovely behaviour. Thanks to Apollo for giving such a good facilities and good work.
