Would just like to share my experience while getting my first dose of the vaccination. Staff was extremely courteous & helpful. Premises were very clean, sign boards were placed correctly so I did not have to ask for directions. Went in quickly, got the jab and was out after the mandatory waiting period, all within an hour. All and all a very hassle-free experience. Thanks to the C K BIRLA team.
Dr Aruna is very soft spoken. She explained me everything clearly. I'm happy that I found her. She is a very good experienced consultant. I'm fully satisfied. Every staff were cooperative. Nursing staff Sherry and all of them were caring. Thank you for everything.
Great facility, though makeshift temporary arrangement done in tent outside but well ventilated and kept clean.. Friendly staff ensuring social distancing.. Ms. Shikha and Team monitoring priority being given to senior citizens and those who need care.. Just so neat and swiftly managed.. Superb vaccination experience!!
I need to consult with Dr Mohit Khirbat for my kidney problem at the CK Birla Hospital but was quite worried about going physically to the hospital due to the current pandemic. After enquired over the phone call the hospital staff suggested us to consult with the doctor through a video call. My consultation was very smooth and the doctor explains everything to me, he prescribed the medicines, also the hospital delivers the prescribed medicine at home. So overall it was a great experience for me at the CK Birla Hospital. Best hospital with the best and experienced doctor.
Sister is born at CK Birla in June 21 It was very new at that point, staff is very helpful and deals with you personally and ensure you feel comfortable. The team of doctors that was aligned to us was just amazing - they had so much care for us and expert advice whenever we needed. Doctors were available at any . Exceptional experience throughout this time along with the services. The only thing that I would recommend to improve is the billing process while settlement it takes too much time that isn’t required. However keeping the entire process we were really happy with them. We continue to visit for regular vaccination etc and this place continues
